I woke up today in a bit of a slump. Groggy and feeling down, I walked over to my desk, packed my favorite bowl and began to smoke some Green Crack. Before anyone jumps to conclusions, let’s get the obvious (or so you’d think) out of the way: Green Crack does not contain crack, or any form of cocaine for that matter. It is however, a potent and buzzy sativa strain that lives up to it’s name for it’s energetic, motivational, and positive effects on the brain.
A common misconception about marijuana users is that they’re lazy. It’s parodied in television, film and music, to mostly hilarious results. And while there are numerous examples to the contrary, a lot of stoners are creative, motivated and ambitious individuals who utilize weed as a tool to elevate the consciousness, calm anxiety, and do WORK. To all those hard working stoners, we salute you, and recommend Green Crack.
If you’re looking for a quick hitting, buzzy sativa that doesn’t last long and doesn’t leave you feeling groggy, then this is the bud for you. It hits you like a gentle caffeinated wave, the first few hits leaving you amplified and feeling great. The buzz might make you want to write, paint, or do some sort of physical activity, and mentally it gets your brain moving. I believe the buzz it gives could contribute to some negative reviews of paranoia, but in my experience you just need to focus in on a task, and the feeling of paranoia diminishes. This strain definitely isn’t for relaxing on a couch, and sitting in one place might make you a little antsy.
I’d recommend smoking this strain before going out on the town, doing physical activity or doing something artistic. It’s definitely not for everyone, especially if you’re just looking to chill, but it gets an A because the effects were great and it knows exactly what it is. It is called Green Crack, after all.
But what do you think? Does Green Crack live up to it’s name? Let us know!
