Rampant in our collective consciousness is a pervasive distrust for certain occupations. Certainly there are some jobs like salesperson, lawyer, mechanic, etc., that command little respect from people. Increasingly, doctors are being added to this list. SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — A bill to regulate the sale of medical marijuana in California has failed in the Assembly. The legislation from Democratic Assemblyman Tom Ammiano of San Francisco would have monitored the production and sale of medical marijuana through the state’s alcohol enforcement department. Have you heard about the owls dying from ingesting rat poison from pot farms in Northern Cali? Apparently they eat the rodents which ingest the rat poison from marijuana farms in Southern Oregon and NorCal. It’s not making illegal pot farms look good as this rat poison is killing much more than just spotted owls. It’s sad and needs to stop. Can’t they find a better way to keep out... Read more »
It seems that due to the ongoing federal intervention that an increasing number of medical marijuana dispensaries in California are abandoning the brick-and-mortar storefront and opting to operate delivery services.
