News from California – A bill passes the California Assemply Committe that may once and for all regulate marijuana collectives statewide. The state of California should have passed a bill like this years ago so it should be interesting to see how this pans out. Cool Calm Collective is located on the second floor of a building right off of Sepulveda Blvd in between Brubank and Hatteras. The good thing is there is an elevator, so it is wheelchair accessible.
