California Senate Decides Dispensaries Must Operate Without Profits?
Today Los Angeles decides how medical marijuana will be regulated from here on out. Yesterday the California Senate passed a bill basically stating that medical marijuana dispensaries cannot operate at a profit, but that they can take reasonable compensation and reimbursement for expenses.
